Marc provides Executive Coaching, business consulting and advisory services to CEOs, Boards of Directors, Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Sales Managers, Sales Professionals, Life & Business Coaches, Speakers & Consultants in the areas of strategic planning, business growth and development, sales coaching/training, complex business challenges, turnarounds and senior executive career/life transition. He is the founder and creator of the award-winning Sales-Success-System.
Marc has over 25 years of experience in executive management, acquisitions/mergers, major expansion phases and new business development. His expertise includes strategic partnering, strategic and long term planning, sales, operations and financial management, revenue enhancement/cost reduction, new business development and implementation, team building and recruiting.
He has served as President of a major division of a billion dollar national physician practice Management Company, as well as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several major organizations. He actively serves on numerous local, regional and national Boards & Committees.
His teaching and mentoring experience includes the Pfeiffer University School of Graduate Studies, Adjunct Professor with the University of New Haven, and Program Co-Chair as well as Faculty and frequent Lecturer with the American College of Emergency Physicians. Marc is senior faculty with iPEC Coaching providing accredited education and training for individuals desiring to become certified life and corporate coaches.
His publications include ìDepartmental Organizational Structureî: Managing to Get it Right: The ACEP User’s Guide to Management; ìDeveloping a Business Planî, Principles and Applications; and ìBusiness Plans Can Provide Focus, Increase Efficiencyî, Management Journal.
Marc is a Professional Certified Executive Coach, Accredited Energy Leadership Coach, Dana Scholar and Guilford Fellow. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, has a Master’s in Public Health and Health Care Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Psychology from Guilford College.
Dr. Harry R. Elia
Chiropractor
Dr. Elia brings 25 years of clinical experience as a chiropractor-healer to the Global Institute For Holistic Health staff. Dr. Elia’s education background includes a B.S., in Physical Education and Health from the College of New Jersey in 1975 and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the New York College of Chiropractic in 1983, where he was an honor graduate and a member of the Phi Chi Omega International Chiropractic Scholastic Honor Society. Dr. Elia was also awarded a certificate of merit from New York Chiropractic College, ìfor outstanding service to the welfare of the instituteî.
Dr. Elia has extensive experience in athletics and sports injuries, having served as a coach, athletic trainer and team doctor, for football, wrestling and baseball at the high school level. He was a 3 sports athlete in high school and lettered in 3 sports in college. In 2005 he was inducted into the Emerson High School sports Hall of Fame. Dr. Elia is a member of the ACA Council of Sports Injury and Physical Fitness and the New Jersey Chiropractic Council of Sports Injuries.
Continuing education in his field includes, 100+ hours in Applied Kinesiology, as well as Advanced Certifications in Total Body Modification (TBM). Dr. Elia also presented research in 2000 and 2001 at the Total Body Modification National seminar. He is a graduate of the Parker Chiropractic Research Foundation, as well as being certified as a Naturopathic Physician by two Naturopathic Certification boards; the American Naturopathic Certification Board and the American Naturopathic Medical Certification and Accreditation Board Inc..
Dr. Elia is an active practitioner specializing in athletic injuries, allergies, fatigue syndromes, nutrition and energy healing. He teaches Taoist microcosmic orbit meditation and Chi-Gung. He is currently compiling information and research on his own book, titled, ì7 Element Healingî, which includes his own clinical research in energetic healing, Chi-Gung and breathing techniques.
Matthew Natale
Co-Founder/Business Consultant
Matthew Natale brings over 25 years of demonstrated expertise in the Personal Training Business and has served Northern New Jersey and Manhattan. He maintained a client list of several hundred at the client’s home during his career as a Personal Trainer. Matthew specializes in weight loss, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training, menu plans and nutritional guidance.
In 1996, Mr. Natale opened Juda Diagnostics, a mobile diagnostic unit that served Chiropractors in Bergen and Passiac County. He managed diagnostic test administration to patient and provided results to the physicians. Mr. Natale directed the Therapeutic Exercise Department in the company.
Mr. Natale is owner and Chief Executive Officer of Body Designs Fitness Centers, a 20,000 square foot Fitness Center located in Paramus New Jersey that currently serves over 3,200 members in one of the most competitive retail regions in the country. Under his leadership, Body Designs Fitness Center has increased annual sales to over $2.4 million. He provides management, program direction and public relations and all fiscal responsibilities for the following departments: Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Personal Training and Aerobic Instructions, Facility Maintenance/Facility Construction and Enhancement and Child Care. Mr. Natale created and developed the very successful Body Designs Fitness Centers Wellness Center (The Center For Self Healing) which offers Massage Therapy, Reflexology, IGMÆ Therapeutic Acupressure. He continuously utilizes his expertise to develop and serve the Corporate Fitness Culture by organizing and executing Corporate Fitness and Wellness Initiatives on-site and off-site. Mr. Natale has successfully build affiliations with local and International Corporations by implementing Fitness, Nutritional and Wellness Program. Mr. Natale has also trained contestants from the NBC Reality TV Show, ìThe Biggest Loserî.
Mr. Natale earned a Bachelors of Science (Concentration in Adult Fitness) from Montclair State University and has acquired Certification in Personal Training From the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Certified Personal Trainer from the American Fitness/Aerobics Association. He is a Certified/Initiate IGMÆ Therapeutic Acupressure Practitioner. He is a Certified Massage Therapist. He is currently enrolled at the Institute For Integrative Nutrition for Nutrition pursuing his Nutritionist Certification. Mr. Natale is the Co-Founder, a curriculum writer and Instructor for the Global Institute For Holistic Health (GIHH). The GIHH is an educational Institute that Certifies Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and Massage/Body Works Therapists.
Teresa I. Barreto
MS- Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Teresa I. Barreto, M.S. brings over 12 years of demonstrated expertise in healthcare information systems, data center and network services, telecommunications, application development, and the delivery of IS solutions, buttressed by a strong background in data analysis, process and systems auditing and budget management. As a former Director of Information Systems and Telecommunications for a large not-for-profit multi-service healthcare provider, I lead and motivate project teams to optimize productivity while implementing systems, systems conversions and facility re-engineering to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
I spearheaded the consolidation of multi-site data centers, including team building, logistics, and data conversion, system/network capacity planning, closing old facilities, and disposing of assets. Other areas of expertise include the development of performance improvement programs, operations review of information systems and processes, enterprise-wide re-engineering, regulatory audits, survey design, data / business analysis and JCAHO Accreditation and HIPAA preparation.
Mrs. Barreto earned a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy and Computer Science and Systems Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Master’s of Science in Health Services Administration from the Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy at the New School for Social Research. She is also a WITS Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified/Initiate IGMÆ Therapeutic Acupressure Practitioner.
